The only issue was 2 of the steaks at the bottom of the box were defrosted so we had to eat them the next day and could not freeze them. Please use more ice packs in the summer months.

I'm sorry that you needed to resend a whole new order because UPS lost the original order that they received in my local UPS facility. I think a UPS worker had sticky fingers and took it. I can't prove that but I filed an investigation with UPS to track down the package. Thank you again for the duplicate shipment. Honest company!!

Delicious and fresh, what else can you ask for? It feels good to know where your meat comes from, and that the animals were raised by American farmers and kept in good condition. The stakes were the tastiest I ever had and hamburgers were absolutely delicious moist and not fatty.
It is a little pricier than the supermarket meat, but it’s well worth it!

We received our order this past week and haven’t tried any of it yet. However, some of the coloring appears off to me, especially on the Delmonico steaks. Instead of being the typical red meat color, it’s more of a brownish color. Is this normal? (The meat did arrive frozen solid, so no issue with that.)

I received my order in great shape. The meat was packaged securely and the dry ice kept everything frozen solid except the package of burgers which began to thaw a little. It wasn't a problem. The variety pack was a perfect mix of items I use frequently. So far, I've only cooked the chop meat and put it in a tomato sauce. It was really good and the beef tasted great. I'm looking forward to using the rest of the meat! However, I have a couple of steaks in the freezer I need to use first. I will revisit your site soon!!!
