Ground Beef, Filet Mignon, New York Strips, Ribeye, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Stew Meat Packs, Flat Iron, Tri-Tip, Hanger Steak, *Organ Meats- liver, heart, oxtail, kidneys (if requested/ available), Sirloin Steaks, Short Ribs, Round Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Brisket, Rump Roast, Soup Bones /Offals Available Upon Request.
*This is our offering but always at the butchers discretion. Each animal is different in regards to structure and build- so certain cuts, amounts of each cut, and size of cuts could vary. If you do not see cuts you desire- please reach out as we can customize.
