The amount paid today is the DEPOSIT and will be taken from final payment which will be sent via invoice once your meat share is ready for pickup or delivery.

Pricing including butchering 

  • 1/4 Share: Approx. $395.00
  • 1/2 Share: Approx. $775.00
  • Whole Share: Approx. $1350.00
*approximate pricing is the result of variance in butchering costs should certain specific cuts, smoking of meats, and custom extras/ requests be desired by customer.

 How it works:

  • Reserve a 1/4, 1/2, or Full Pig..
  • Upon reservation, we will send you an email to choose your desired cuts (or we can do this for you) *the butcher will ultimately decide on cuts based on animal anatomy. *THIS IS FOR SHARES LARGER THAN 1/4
  • We will then book a processing date..
  • All cuts will be packaged individually in cryovac packaging for ultimate freshness
  • Once the butcher lets us know your meat is ready, we will then send you a final bill and arrange for pick-up at the farm or delivery!
