*approximate pricing is the result of variance in butchering costs should certain specific cuts, organ meats, and extras be desired by customer. delivery / shipping available for a fee.
How it works:
- Reserve a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or Full Cow..
- Upon reservation, we will send you an email to choose your desired cuts (or we can do this for you) *the butcher will ultimately decide on cuts based on animal anatomy. *THIS IS FOR SHARES LARGER THAN 1/8TH
- We will then book a processing date..
- All cuts will be packaged individually in cryovac packaging for ultimate freshness
- Once the butcher lets us know your meat is ready, we will then send you a final bill and arrange for pick-up at the farm or delivery!
