I’m not even a huge steak person but this was SO SO DELICIOUS!!!!!
The pack arrived promptly after shipment and was still frozen solid. The cut are impressive and rival commercial prime offerings. The delmonico steaks looked good in the vacuum sealed bags, but they expanded or plumped up another maybe 15-20% after thawing and opening them. Grilled them over lump charcoal to a medium rare. They did not disappoint. I look forward to the other offerings in this bundle.

Your products are great, prices are high but not your fault, I feel bad for you guys and the other farmers and ranchers, hope things get better SOON. My last order was a little scary as UPS came just under the wire as temps were rising. Haven't had much time to enjoy the meats as I've been a little under the weather. Please stay safe and healthy. I've been very pleased with the quality and taste to the meats I have tried from your company. However, I haven't tried everything. The prices are higher than I'm used to paying at my local market, but the amount I pay extra is worth it, especially in light of supporting a good cause.
