So far, we've made one of the 4 we ordered and it was excellent! My only issue was 2 of the 4 came improperly sealed and were air bound, and another has a small picture home in the bag, so 1 we made right away and 2 out of the other 3 needed resealing.

I completely forgot to take a picture. The steak was amazing. Hard to explain. I cooked it rare/medium (not raw but definitely not medium). If you know steak you will definitely appreciate the freshness and quality. It's fresher tasting than the butcher (where, before finding freedom farms I used to get my ribeyes).
I’ve eaten at dozens of the top steakhouses around the country and have bought prime and grass fed steaks for years at high end butcher shops. The fat boy porterhouse at fat boy ribeyes that I purchased from Freedom Farms were second to none and the best I’ve ever eaten. I grilled them over lump charcoal and wood, the flavor and tenderness were off the charts!! Dana, you are not only a World Champion Strength and Conditioning Coach, you are also a World Champion cattle farmer!!
