Ground Beef: 2 lbs of rich, flavorful, pasture-raised ground beef.
Assorted Roasts: Approximately 3–5 lbs, which may include chuck, rump, arm, or sirloin tip.
Assorted Steaks: 2 lbs of premium cuts, featuring ribeye, delmonico, chuck, skirt, or sirloin.
Bonus Cuts: A random mix of stew meat, short ribs, minute steaks, burger patties, or soup bones.
Note: Some cuts may be smaller than those in our regular meat shares, and minor substitutions may occur based on inventory.

Yes, absolutely. All the beef in our Try-It Box comes from 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised cattle. At Freedom Farms, we practice rotational grazing, moving our cows to fresh pasture daily. This allows the cows to enjoy the most nutritious grasses, which is key to the health of the animals and the superior flavor of the beef.
What is your shipping and return policy?
We ship nationwide. All boxes are shipped frozen and vacuum-sealed to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival. When your order is ready, you will receive tracking information. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your box directly at our farm in Greene, NY. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once the box has been shipped or picked up.
