We are proud to offer a pasture raised, HALF lamb share!
We are able to customize the cutting process for you on this lamb share- allowing you to choose your desired cuts and preparation.
Our lambs are raised right here in New York and are going to be some of the best lamb you have ever had!
Upon reservation, we will ask you for your desired cuts by having you complete a short cut sheet (or, we can do it for you!).
We will then book a processing date..
All cuts will be packaged individually in vacuum sealed packaging, frozen, and boxed.
Then, we we invoice you so you can pay for the balance of your share & processing fee..
We will either deliver your meat for a small fee or you can pick up directly at the farm (which we love so you can see how well our animals are treated!)
**We do not keep large meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered when you order comes in- please allow a few weeks before your meats are ready.
