Perfect size for a quick sear in cast iron. Thicker chops can be tough, these are outstandingly tender and flavorful.
They may look like humble pork chops but hiding within is a chop bursting with flavor, oh so juicy and tender! I wish I would have made two more so I could have had leftovers for lunch today. Once again, my friends at Freedom Farm, outstanding meat at my table. Thank you!
I just purchased two orders of the pork chops here at Freedom Farms. I am really looking forward to getting these. I have been a customer for two years now an have never been disappointed. I will do another review once I get the chops. In addition, I ordered a 1/4 share of beef recently and I have really been enjoying the fresh clean meat. I started using Freedom Farms because of the antibiotic fee, hormone free, MRNA free pork! My husband enjoys pork chops and I refused to purchase anything from the supermarket. I called Lauren and Dana and they assured me that they do not do that to their meat! We only eat Freedom Farms pork chops and bacon. The pork chops are juicy, thick and delicious! Thank you!

Arrived fully frozen and I mention that because its important. I used two other companies in the past and I would get the meat barely cold.
