I love the way it’s packaged. It makes it very easy for me to prepare. It’s just enough for me to make three burgers out of the package. I was surprised by the texture because it’s definitely not the same texture as grocery store meat. The taste is fresher also. For Me, I can taste a slight hint of liver, but it’s not bothersome to me because I like liver and it’s not a very heavy taste. This was my first try for the burger meat and I would definitely do it again, but probably next time I will try the regular ground beef . So far I’ve enjoyed everything that I received and I have also told a few friends about it so they will be looking into making a purchase.

So first off, for me as a 4+ year carnivore and lifelong organ meats lover, this blend is awesome, perfect as is! But one "stealth" attempt to serve it to the rest of my family proved it was just a bit too much for their delicate pallets LOL. Then an idea hit me, and I tried mixing a pound of Primal with a pound of Freedom Farms ground beef for a custom 50/50 mix and this is where the magic happened! I have served it to my wife and kids in tacos, as burgers, or just straight up browned in the skillet with real salt and the result has been the same every time - every bite is eaten, and they all tell me how amazing the ground beef is from "Dad's cow". Someday I will let them in on the secret, but for now I am just thrilled that they are getting the nutrition their bodies so obviously and deeply crave while actually being happy about it! But so much research points to organ meat as being so nutrient dense that I wanted to try this. It's delicious. It does taste different from the normal ground beef, a bit of a fuller, stronger taste. You can really taste the liver, but it's not overwhelming. I love liver so the burgers we made were delicious and so nutritious. You can't beat the high value nutrients that come in organ meats....and fresh from the farm-awesome! Sometimes you just want a good burger and this ground meat is the deal! I didn't realize there was also tongue in it, but that's what the label says! I don't think I'll ever have just ground beef burgers again-why miss out on all those high quality nutrients and great taste?!

I have been wanting to add organ meats into my diet but was reluctant to go straight in. The primal ground beef mix from Freedom Farms was a great way to "dip my toe in." A burger and chili were my first dishes and they were delicious!

You can really taste the liver, but it's not overwhelming. I love liver so the burgers we made were delicious and so nutritious. You can't beat the high value nutrients that come in organ meats....and fresh from the farm-awesome! Sometimes you just want a good burger and this ground meat is the deal! I didn't realize there was also tongue in it, but that's what the label says! I don't think I'll ever have just ground beef burgers again-why miss out on all those high quality nutrients and great taste?!

This is my third order of Primal Ground Beef, I really love it! It is very tasty and I can't taste the liver or the heart in it at all. Although I do like liver and heart it is hard to find it grass fed anywhere so this burger is very convenient. Thank you Freedom Farms!

Primal ground beef is fantastic no questions and it's my favorite. Very easy and simple to cook. Make delicious dishes. Have been looking for a farm pasture raised meet. I enjoyed the beef with liver (very healthy!) baked with bacon and eggs and grated cheese into a meat loaf. Next time I will order the liver separately.
