Meat tastes great, of course, but if you’re buying it from big stores where it’s been needled, injected, and sourced from who knows where, it might be tender and flavorful but not necessarily good for you. Let it thaw overnight in the refrigerator, bring it to room temperature, grill it, and you’ll love it.

I find their NY strip steaks to be the very best. Lovely strip of fat on the outside so they smell Heavenly on the grill. This cut is not a melt in your mouth tender steak but oh boy is it a delicious cut.
