We are thoroughly enjoying our beef "Try it" box! The cuts are all so flavorful and delicious! We've made succulent brisket in the slow cooker, juicy burgers, delicious meatloaf and of course melt in your mouth grilled tenderloin on the bbq. Almost time to order more! Highly recommended.

So happy with the assortment of meat we got in the box. We’ve only used the roast so far and it was DELICIOUS. High quality beef and we are much more comfortable giving our hard earned money to a local farm instead of some mysterious factory farm. As a mom I also feel good knowing I’m giving my child meat that was raised how Mother Nature intended, with no weird stuff in it!

Overall I am very happy with my order. The sample package is just right size to try beef. I am happy that each piece looks to be quality. Upon arrival, every piece still frozen with no loss from excellent packing. The 2- 8oz. Burgers were juicy, thick and did not cook down. The flavor was perfect for me, a hamburger junkie. Salt and pepper not necessary for flavor. Planning a chicken soup with a chicken breast, then a steak. I am definitely re-ordering with Freedom Farm.

We had the steaks and the hamburgers so far. Oh my gosh! The meat is so flavorful, and melts in your mouth. I still have the chicken and bacon to try. We will definitely order again! THE BEST MEAT I HAVE EVER HAD! You will not be disappointed if you order from Freedom Farms!! I love that they are local, no mRNA and no antibiotics or hormones.

So far, I’ve enjoyed a ribeye steak and the beef stew meat. Delicious! The stew meat was well trimmed and very tender! No “freezer burn” taste. Can’t wait to try the rest of the cuts!

I've seen the light and escaped the matrix! As lifelong city folk I've had some sense knocked into me and finally taken control to understand where my food is coming from. Props to My Wyoming Life Youtube channel for leading me in the right direction. I couldn't afford the cos of purchasing meat from family farms in Wyoming so I started looking closer to NYC and found Freedom Farms. Received the "Try it" package and am sold... big time! Mucho flavor and good for me and my family. Looking at purchasing an additional freezer and planning to drop the local supermarket for the real deal! Can't go wrong with local family farms. Delicious!
Not sure what I expected from the “Try It” box, but my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. The amount of meat we received for the money was very unexpected and welcomed. Sirloin steak is our favorite cut of meat. This one was THE BEST one we ever tasted. It pretty much proves that grass fed and finished really does make a difference in the quality, taste and nutrition of our food. While I was excited when I first received my delivery, I was more exited when I fired up that beautiful porterhouse on my grill. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous - I didn’t want to overcook it, and I didn’t. I cooked it perfectly - it was AWESOME! I’m actually cooking the burgers tonight and can’t wait! I bought the 10 lb try it box. I never purchased from anywhere other than grocery stores. I honestly can say the beef is amazing. The difference in flavor and texture from the "better" store meats is shocking. This meat tastes like beef is supposed to!
Waited about 3-4 weeks for delivery. Received an email order was delivered by UPS. It wasn’t UPS tracking said it was returned. Not happy 😩. More trouble trying to figure it out…

Arrived safe. The hamburger had started to thaw. So, we just used it that night. The taste was wonderful. I realize once it leaves your place you can't be responsible for the shipping speed. But, I recommend buying fresh beef and chicken. Maybe use dry ice to ship.

The "try-it" package arrived as scheduled. It was packaged nicely but be warned it's packed with Dry ice. Since I have never had experience with dry ice I received minor burns. Live and learn. I have only tried the chicken thighs and NY strip and both were delicious! My husband and I are discussing getting a 1/2 cow from Freedom Farms! I loved everything about this purchase.

I was born in Alabama and grew up on a farm. I have been in upstate NY 35 years and I have never forgotten the taste of the fresh sausage, chicken and beef from the southern farms. I could not stomach the meat from the supermarket anymore and would only buy organic chicken that still didn't taste fresh. My order from Freedom Farms is fresh real meat. My only complaint is I would have liked to see more ice packs/ dry ice . It has been very hot this year in NC, and not knowing when the package is being delivered leaves the potenial of spoiling.

Arrived safe. The hamburger had started to thaw. So, we just used it that night. The taste was wonderful. I realize once it leaves your place you can't be responsible for the shipping speed. But, I recommend buying fresh beef and chicken. Maybe use dry ice to ship.

The "try-it" package arrived as scheduled. It was packaged nicely but be warned it's packed with Dry ice. Since I have never had experience with dry ice I received minor burns. Live and learn. I have only tried the chicken thighs and NY strip and both were delicious! My husband and I are discussing getting a 1/2 cow from Freedom Farms! I loved everything about this purchase.

I was born in Alabama and grew up on a farm. I have been in upstate NY 35 years and I have never forgotten the taste of the fresh sausage, chicken and beef from the southern farms. I could not stomach the meat from the supermarket anymore and would only buy organic chicken that still didn't taste fresh. My order from Freedom Farms is fresh real meat. My whole family loved everything we tried so I have ordered more and the meat from the supermarket is done in this house!
