This package is a great starter pack for those with limited space. Will fit in standard freezer.

We can not customize a 1/8th share. CUSTOM processing and cut selection begins at the 1/4 share level and larger. This is a  sampler 1/8th share.

How it works:

• Reserve your 1/8th share by putting down your deposit
• We will then book a processing date..
• The Butcher will fill your box with a variety of steaks, ground beef, and roasts.
• You will then pay for your share & processing fee..
• All cuts will be packaged individually in cryovac packaging 
• We will either deliver your meat or you can pick up directly at the farm     (which we love so you can see how well our animals are treated!) 

**We do not keep meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered when you order comes in- please allow a few weeks before your meats are ready.

**This is our offering but always at the butchers discretion. Each animal is different in regards to structure and build- so certain cuts, amounts of each cut, and size of cuts could vary.

Since this is a 1/8th share- you are splitting this cow with 7 other people and cut sizes may be smaller than larger cow shares. This share is designed as a sampler  of all our cuts.

**Deposits are non-refundable.

**Weight for a 1/8 share is approximately 75lbs.-HANGING WEIGHT with a take home weight of 50lbs.
