How it works:

Reserve 1/4, 1/2, or Full Cow..

    Upon reservation, we will ask you for your desired cuts by having you complete a short cut sheet (or, we can do it for you!).

      We will then book a processing date..

        All cuts will be packaged individually in vacuum sealed packaging, frozen, and boxed.

          Then, we we invoice you so you can pay for the balance of  your share & processing fee..

            We will either deliver your meat for a small fee or you can pick up directly at the farm (which we love so you can see how well our animals are treated!)

              **We do not keep large meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered when you order comes in- please allow a few weeks before your meats are ready.

              **This is our offering but always at the butchers discretion. Each animal is different in regards to structure and build- so certain cuts, amounts of each cut, and size of cuts could vary. If you do not see cuts you desire- please reach out as we can customize. Also, for a 1/4 share, you are splitting with (3) other customers so we do our best to balance your share.

              **Deposits are non-refundable.

              **Weight for a 1/4 share is approximately 150lbs.-HANGING WEIGHT which yields 100lbs take home.
