(ORDER YOUR BURGER BOX TODAY!)
We are just a few weeks away from the Official Start of Summer and BBQ season... Memorial Day is getting close!
Over the last couple of weeks we have seen a major rush in customers grabbing our Burger Boxes and giving some AMAZING feedback...
They come in 10lbs (20 patties) or 20lbs (40 patties)....
Everyone loves them.
Ready for the secret?
Unlike most burgers which are made from scrap meat, sirloin, and/or chuck, we also use better quality cuts as well.
When we send in our cut sheet to the butcher, we intentionally do not get some of the primal cuts- because we want them ground right into the burger meat making for some A+ Premium Burgers vs. the cheap, chewy, fatty burger you typically get with store, restaurant, or butcher shop meat.
Check out the difference between butcher shop, supermarket, and restaurant meat vs. farm-raised meat below...
On the left, you see that typical grocery store meat.
On the right, you see that deep, rich, dark red farm meat.
So, when you order our burgers- you are getting the good stuff and the taste reflects that!

We have some fresh burger patties coming back from our processor this week- so if you are thinking of ordering, your patties will be fresh, fresh, fresh!
What we always tell customers is that the meat you are getting is from a cow that was in the pasture just 3 week ago. That is fresh.
This is why we do not keep large inventory on hand because we want the freshest product to go to you, our customers.
I also wanted to dive in today on the benefits of grass-fed, grass-finished burgers/ meat.
Beef has gotten a bad wrap over the years and it should.
Most farms use a ton of grain, corn, and other tactics like hormones to fatten cows- and it is what is leading to tremendous inflammation within the body as it relates to meat consumption.
But with Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef it is different...
Grass-fed beef is one of the most nutrient-dense proteins you can buy. It has an extensive micronutrient profile and contains a good amount of brain-boosting omega-3 fatty acids.
Grass-Fed Beef Has Fewer Calories
Grass-Fed Beef Helps Support Healthy Blood Sugar Levels
Grass-fed beef contains roughly twice the amount of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) compared to beef from grain-fed cows.
Consuming grass-fed beef while following a ketogenic lifestyle can improve blood glucose levels
Grass-fed beef provides up to six times more omega–3 fatty acids than grain-fed beef. Grain-fed beef, on the other hand, contains higher levels of omega–6 fatty acids, which are already eaten in surplus in most standard American diets.
Finally, eating Grass-Fed Beef Can Decrease Your Risk of Heart Disease...
Antioxidants such as vitamin E
High amounts of omega–3 fatty acids
Less unhealthy fats
Lower amounts of bad cholesterol (known as LDL cholesterol) a marker of cardiovascular disease
