As the weather starts to turn here at the farm, we have been busy prepping to land and the animals for colder temperatures- and with colder temps comes the desire for more ground meats!

We have been tracking the orders over the last 2-weeks and have seen a major uptick in ground meats- so, we said: "Let's run a ground meat special!"

Our ground meats are actually my favorite (DANA)- as they are absolutely delicious and they are quick to cook and provide a burst of flavor for making everything from meatballs, to tacos, or meatloaf, or sometimes, like a true carnivore I will just cook ground meat with a few eggs and call it a breakfast, lunch, or dinner for a HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CARB meal.
